Heading back from class, I decided to snag some candy at deCafe. I picked Twizzlers (just tried one - they're odd, but tasty) and stood in line. The person in front of me also had Twizzlers. However, for some reason, the register couldn't scan the barcode properly. On the theory that it was a badly printage package, I offered mine to the person doing the scanning - she scanned mine and it worked fine the first time. After he had paid, she tried to scan mine again . . . only now mine wouldn't scan properly. So I suggested scanning his . . .

Naturally, it worked fine.
