Me lazy! Me suxx0r! Okay. More answers, from these
"How's the job market for Software Engineers/Programmers where you live?"
I don't think it's great. When it all comes down to it, Seattle was hit pretty hard in that whole dotcom bubble thing. Unless you're a game designer or can get into Microsoft, pickings are, unfortunately, slim.
"If tomorrow the sky turned to blood, rivers boiled, etc., what color shoes would you wear?"
Black. Because my shoes are black, and honestly, if all that was going on, I wouldn't be shopping for new shoes.
"What exactly is "unextricate" supposed to mean?"
It's the opposite of extricate. Dictionary.com defines it as "To release from an entanglement or difficulty; disengage.". Therefore, unextricate would be to undo that. ^^
"wheeeeee...pretty thing to type in!"
*poing*poing*poing* Shiny thing, shiny thing, shiny thing!
"How do you prevent someone from manipulating you?"
Good question. It's not easy. The best way I've found is to make sure you know why you're doing something, and if you find you're not doing something for yourself, question it. If you *are* doing it for yourself, then they're not manipulating you. Keep in mind that this doesn't mean you can't give people gifts (and other "non-selfish" behavior), but if you ever feel like you're giving them something because they want it, not because you want to give it, then it's worth another look.
"what is your quest?"
To seek the Holy Grail.
Alternatively, to have a good time in life.
"why should i ask you a question?"
Because the lure of asking questions was irresistable.
"question question: tell me about the Seattle in which you live. describe its placeness."
Curiously enough, I was actually planning to write an entry on this, so I'm taking a rain check for a day or two. You'll get an answer. :)
One more question I plan to answer privately, for reasons that will be extremely clear to the person I'm answering to. If you're curious, feel free to ask, just be prepared to accept "no" :P I can't post this particular thing publicly.
