Am I being completely unreasonable when I ask that people in jobs that require taking orders from people be able to, say, speak English? Or at least *understand* English. Or at least be patient with the person who's having to repeat everything three times to make himself understood!

(Person in question ignored my order the first time, cut me off midway the second time before I was finished, started giving me the wrong things, started giving me the wrong *number* of the right things, and got annoyed when I was correcting her. I'm not sure how "two pork pot stickers" turns into "five pork pot stickers", though, and when that also becomes something that clearly involved "chicken teriyaki" I'm even more confused.)
