Halo for PC images.

Is it just me, or do they look . . . well, bad? The textures are too high-res, the models are too undetailed. There's no antialiasing. The floor textures are unimpressive at best (and what's with that special effect on the left?), bad-looking on average, and physically painful at worst.

It just doesn't translate without more work than that, folks. The PC is far higher resolution and doesn't have built-in blurring. On the plus side, it also has ten times as much RAM and can crunch polygons like mad. The techniques that look great on XBox do *not* function for the PC.

I mean, ick. Look at those!
