Which is *really* frustrating, because thanks to them I'm going to have to wait ANOTHER week to have a working computer.
Oh, even better - right before submitting, she called me back and said that they want me to pay shipping again, because it wasn't their fault.
It wasn't *my* fault either, ya know? And I know *full well* that if this was Minotaur they'd be shipping it back to me free of charge. And possibly rush delivery.
I'm not even going to submit this now - I'll wait until she comes back with her manager and calls me back again.
. . . okay. Now he's calling UPS again.
I think I've figured out what must have happened, and it must have been one of the construction guys - or Bob - saying "Oh, he's not here anymore!" and making it get shipped back. So maybe I should go and ask *Bob* for the $15 to reship it?
this all sucks. I want my computer!
