See, some people do alfredo the boring way. They put cream and cheese in a pot and melt 'em. Maybe they're feeling adventuresome they'll add an olive.
I tend to take the opposite route. This one has olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and dill. It would have artichoke hearts if we had them, and pine nuts if I thought of it, and I'm getting mildly intruiged by the idea of adding anchovies. (It could work!) Cinnamon would be interesting also, though I'd probably have to take out the dill.
