Why don't any web-browsers fix TLD typos or pre-URL typos? If I type www.kuro5hin.or it's pretty obvious that I meant to type www.kuro5hin.org - I mean, .or isn't even a valid TLD. So why doesn't it make some attempt to autocorrect, after determining that www.kuro5hin.or doesn't work? Same logic with ww.kuro5hin.org - okay, ww.kuro5hin.org doesn't work, maybe I meant www.kuro5hin.org? Maybe? Just possibly?

IE actually *does* do some autocorrection, but, unfortunately, it's a bit pathetic - it just slaps www.*.com around it, meaning that if you go to www.somesite.com and www.somesite.com doesn't work, it then tries www.www.somesite.com.com. Brilliant. Just brilliant.
