For those who haven't tried it, it's kind of neat gimmick. It gives you ten items that you can buy, at Low Low Prices (i.e. more discounted), but once you've said "no" to one you can't go back. Nice marketing technique, really.
Most of the time it would give me totally useless things. Like, "a grill! Pots! A book you have no interest in! Look, MORE pots! An overpriced spatula!" and I'd just say "no" to everything. They've clearly made some changes to it, though - this time it gave me exclusively books.
But they didn't do a very good job, because four of the ten books it suggested were The Art of War.
Seriously, guys. How about some variety?
(Okay. They were different translations. And I can quite believe that there are people out there who would jump at the chance to own four different discounted translations of The Art of War. I'm just not one of them.)
