The bulk of the billboard is taken up with a grid of lights, set up to display numbers, with a dollar sign in front. The amount displayed is slightly more than one billion dollars, and is slowly increasing. On the bottom-right corner of the billboard is AMD's logo, and underneath the lights is a line of text.
During the night, the lights are simply too bright to see the text. During the day, the lights are not bright enough to draw my attention, and so I don't notice the billboard.
I've driven past it perhaps dozen times now, and I have no idea what the text says.
AMD! A number slightly more than a billion dollars! And the unknown!
