Pull them out of their packaging and test them. If they have stuck or dead pixels, mark them as defective and note roughly where the pixel is. Otherwise, mark them as perfect.
Sell the defective ones at a discount. Sell the perfect ones at a profit. Repeat.
If you can find pricing for defective/perfect that both lets them sell reasonably quickly and results in a net profit for you, the company is a success. Congratulations.
I give this idea out freely in the hopes that someone, somewhere, will do it. I'll buy from you. You have no idea how sick I am of defective LCD screens.
